small room poor insulation
the staff was helpful and the location proved convenient with easy access to transportation
the room i received was quite small and lacked adequate space for luggage storage or movement it felt cramped the noise insulation was poor making it difficult to sleep comfortably at times because of the external sounds and noise from neighboring rooms this was a significant detractor from my overall experience

The hotel staff was very friendly, they helped print my boarding pass. check-in was uncomplicated, check-out was also easy. the room matched the photos online. There was enough space for me and a fold-out desk.
the bathroom felt really dirty. i saw long dark hair on the wall and ceiling. the amount of hair shocked me, i am redhead, after all.

The staff was very helpful. They assisted me with printing my boarding pass. Check-in was easy, and check-out was also uncomplicated. I am grateful.
My room was small. It made moving around with luggage challenging. Street noise was noticeable. It sometimes disrupted my sleep.
